Kết quả điều tra ban đầu xác định nguyên nhân liên quan đến vi sinh trong món ăn cung cấp tại công ty. Các mẫu thức ăn đã được lấy để xét nghiệm, phát hiện vi khuẩn gây ngộ độc. Hiện các nạn nhân đang được theo dõi và điều trị tích cực, sức khỏe dần ổn định. Cơ quan chức năng đã yêu cầu tạm ngừng hoạt động bếp ăn để khắc phục.
