- 1x 29 kg (which is the same as my previous PR, but my shoulder is being annoying so I'll take it)

I consistently got 8 cals on the rower & 7 burpees over the bar, for a round total of 120 reps.
Half through the strength bit I was super frustrated and annoyed. It is just too cold and my hands were absolutely frozen, the barbell did not help. I managed to get to my previous PR so that was ok. And RXing a workout even if you don't really like half the movements is nice from time to time.

First part was finding 1RM of strict press. Started off at 25, upped all the way to 43kg which is a #PR :)

Tuesday #Workout:
11 minutes of yoga for runners.
29 minutes of strength training (snow shovelling).
7.0 KM of #Running (-12ยฐC, -17 windchill, 83% humidity, and 8 KM/H wind).
Good workouts, shovelled snow, then another Run-like-Mike run.
Was slow going because of the slippery snow that arrived last night, then while I was out, decided to change my plan, cut across a park, and then onto the Rideau Canal skateway while it's open. Ice was *very* slippery, and I managed for 800 metres or so.
i gotta figure out a proper workout routine outside of running. running is easy. but other workouts are more structured and I was going in to it without a solid plan. once I sort that out, itll be much better.
