3 days ago, the first day of Spring 2025, my router of 11 years (well, just shy of it) decided it had enough of the constant high performance demanded of it. Well, that wasn't because of me, necessarily. Anyhow, it threw in the towel and was no longer operating at peak efficiency. So, it was time to retire it from the line. I couldn't afford a new router for a minimum of 2 days. I did some mathing and worked out a plan to achieve a fix soon rather than later. This new router was acquired, set up and running within an hour. After setup was finished and the unit was up and running, I decided I needed to "retro-fy" it. So, I did that, today. Wood grain contact paper. I made sure to do it, tastefully. SKål!
