New #Wikipedia article on Livia Veloz for the #WomeninRed project ✅

Livia Veloz (1892-1980) was a Dominican writer, teacher, and feminist. She was a founding member of Acción Feminista Dominicana, a feminist organization that operated night schools for working class women and mobilized over 96,000 women to vote for women's suffrage. Veloz's poetry, novel, and primary school textbooks won multiple national and international awards. She also wrote "Historia del Feminismo en la República Dominicana," an important firsthand account of the early women's movement in the DR.

For this one I had to work with a lot of Spanish language sources, which was a fun challenge! Now I'm trying to work up the courage to translate my work for the Spanish Wikipedia.
