LA VUELTA FEMENINA 26 BY CARREFOUR.ES TO START IN GALICIA

Galicia will host the Official Start of La Vuelta Femenina 26 by Carrefour.es on May 3. The full route will be unveiled on March 9 at 7:00 PM at the Auditorio Municipal de Ribeira, in A Coruña.

Went to the "8 van Chaam" #criterium, these are common in the Netherlands right after the Tour de France. Riders that performed well in the Tour are invited (and payed well) to ride.

At the first criterium I visited years ago I noticed the women rode a lot faster than the men. For the men the result is set before they even start, for the women it's a race. So nowadays I go for the womens race and only watch the first few laps of the men.

So here are some pictures from the women, some of the 'classic bike race' and a few less from the men 😉.
