I've been hacking various Arduini and other ecosystems on Mac since 2015 and never had an issue. Now they refuse to allow my Wio Terminal to connect, even after backing off several layers of system security, starting with the obvious one, simply allowing all devices to connect without needing permission.
I'm retired, I don't ever use my mac in a corporate environment, if I need networking while roaming, I use my phone, never random cafe wifi. I've even added CS Code and Arduino IDE to Developer to give them wider permissions.
Come on Apple, what would Steve Jobs do? FFS, can't you structure your security to be more user intuitive. Can't even activate the USB connection to my Wio Terminal in the command line. FFS - make this shit more user configurable and make it had and corporate to tuern security up, not down. It was already the most secure OS in the world, why make it unusable.
Oh sorry, only Apple are allowed to conquer the universe. The company started by garage hackers now locks garage hackers out of their own devices.
Might be time to void my AppleCare and install Deb or Ubuntu. Still the best hardware on the planet, just utterly shit software these days. #FuckApple

Lots of improvement in a day.
Don't like the histogram scaling but that's for later.
And apparently it doesn't work when not on the computer if you user serialprint. Why don't they warn you for that damnit. Shows how good howtos are missing.
