Ok, so here’s my attempt at a winter vegetable garden:
- Spinach, arugula, and Brussels sprouts
- Onions, garlic, artichokes
- Mint, radicchio, cime di rapa, and thyme
- Kale, parsley, rosemary

Absolutely going in blind with the artichokes and Brussels sprouts haha I have zero idea how they’ll turn out!
