Closet WeebWinter 2026 was a bloody season for me: I dropped 4 shows this season, one of which I might not have mentioned even starting on. Kunon the Sorceror was that much of a nothing show. I dropped it at 3 episodes in, which is where I also dropped Shiboyugi, because it really was crap, and Wash it All Away because...well I just wasn't interested in what it was selling. Also dropped MHA Vigilantes Season 2 late, giving up on it during the Eraserhead flashback arc. The show just forgot what made it good in the first season. I'm sure someone will tell me I dropped it just before it got good. Too late.

First to fall: Kunon the Sorcerer. It's bland and predictable and not particularly compelling. They could've done something interesting with Kunon's blindness, but they pretty much washed it away (haha, see what I did there) within the first couple of eps and now it's just background noise. The season is too crowded for such a mid anime. Dropped.
Totally forgot to mention one:
Kunon the Sorcerer Can See: Well, isn't this cute. The disability theme is a nice touch, but he's already worked around it so it's kind of a non-issue. Other than that it seems like it's going to be standard school shenanigans. Meh.
