Ok, I'm back on Wine-cachyos to use with Yabridge. Some of the Plugin Alliance plugins started to be all white and no GUI on the latest standard wine, and the only wine-cachyos quirk is a small sandbox'ed crash when closing the GUI for some plugins, and I can live with that.

Changing wine-version really is the most PRO tip ever when using Yabridge.

New Yabridge/Wine combination with less quirks!

Couldn't install Gullfoss with wine-cachyos, so decided to try the latest Wine 11.9, and when I was changing things up, I wanted to see the status of the Yabridge project.

The latest build (not released yet, or merged to master or what they say) fixes the mouse offset and resizing of windows: https://github.com/robbert-vdh/yabridge/actions/runs/25067934796

The only quirk I could find was first click in a window has no effect, after that it just works.

Trying to run Studio One in Wine is less successful. Version 7 and the new Fender Studio both gives me this popup saying "This application requires windows 10 or later", and I can't really make Wine pretend to be more "Windows 10" than it already is.

Have anyone experienced something similar before?

Since it works really well opening and mixing old Ableton projects in Wine, it was time to activate Ableton.

Platform: Windows? Yeah, right!

I switched to the normal Wine version for this, since Arturia plugins work best that way. No mouse offset (only in Yabridge).

The Fabfilter line-up runs smoothly also!
