Ein Film, der Fernsehen als Institution beschreibt, die Wahrheit nur noch als Nebenprodukt von Quote und Eskalation kennt. Was bei Sidney Lumet 1976 noch wie Überzeichnung gewirkt haben mag, liest sich heute doch wie eine frühe Betriebsanleitung des Medienkapitalismus (nicht erst) unter Trump.
