L’excellence d’un récit dense et passionnant autour des méfaits d’un tueur en série, quoique parfois un peu trop elliptique, captive tout autant qu’1 talentueuse cinématographie qui évoque le style de “l’Exorciste” tant du point de vue de l’ambiance que de l’approche visuelle. Le meilleur de Friedkin, sans conteste.

This is a highly geeky riff, but it must be said that William Friedkin's speech patterns and mannerisms are utterly hilarious to me . Here's a guy who absolutely HAS to have confidence in every declaration, even the minor ones. Like, homeboy has to win EVERY argument. Dammit, I would have loved to interview this guy. Brilliant filmmaker obvs, but a FABULOUS talker. Unintentionally charismatic.
