Picking some seeds of the common hogweed (gewone berenklauw) for drying. The hogweed is abundant here. The seeds are very aromatic, somewhere between bergamot and coriander seeds. I plan to use them in the next batch of kvass. #hogweed #wildplants #wildplukken
