I think I just found new furry bait on Steam.

There’s now a new hero shooter that’s “anthro-themed” called Wild Assault. It’s an early access for now and, for some reason, has Mixed reviews.

The big downside for this game is that it has anti-cheat software included, and a lot of anti-cheat is unethical in the sense that it can access your system’s kernel.

The character that caught my eye was the wolf guy. He has a sniper rifle, and I think he also has special explosives that activate on howl.

Wild Assault game review:

This game puts in a lot of effort to make the core gameplay loop fun. The different classes go together well and the devs are keen to keep working on the game to make it the best it can be. The variety of characters in terms of species, voices and mechanics work together well and you can tell the community really cares about this game. My hope is that this game does get the recognition it deserves and people keep playing it for years to come. The free battle pass is generous and there's different skins along with weapon customisation. You are definitely getting good value for money, especially when you play with friends.
