I've found a page by Margrethe Wiig, but I'm not sure if it's “ABC” (1951) or “Samiædnamis – I sameland” (1970). The latter may just be a revised version of the former. It also contains some handwritten notes by its owner.

@Endangeredalphabets Ooh, I had not heard of that script either.

I've found this paper, that describes it a little. It seems the letters are used as initials for names, and each name has a different symbol. It references Wiig (1951), which seems to be Margarethe Wiig's "ABC" in Sami.
