The story of Why Does Nobody Remember Me In This World? is one of the most interesting I’ve seen this season so far, with a clear question that drives you to want to know the whole story. The characters are also not too bad, even with just that half episode before everything changes I could get a good idea about them and found them likable. My initial good impression might change based on whatever that chained lady is going to end up being for Kai - the way she’s depicted so far doesn’t make me too hopeful.

The thing that worries me most is that while this is based on a finished light novel, it has 9 volumes so the one-cour anime will likely not cover the whole story,

Why Does Nobody Remember Me in This World? Episode 1

Premise isn't too bad, but the show as a whole feels generic. From the MC to the rest of cast, so far they're pretty mediocre as characters.

Not sure if another episode will improve mey thoughts, but willing to try one more.
