There seems to be this crazy paradox I keep coming across. I see it in Stoicism, Dr. Laurie Santos Happiness Lab at Yale & the work of Phil Stutz. The feelings we most want to AVOID are gateways to what will most help us grow. But there is a caveat, we do not want to wallow in those feelings. As Brené Brown said, we need to feel them, not flood people with them. She called feeling it all whole hearted living. #Feelings #Fear #Wholehearted
