Easy enough to make white flour more MedDiet friendly, just start by 50/50 whole grain flour. That will ease me into it.

Kinda stuck about making white rice more MedDiet friendly. There's a 4.54kg bag of white Basmati rice in the kitchen and I'm seriously waste not want not.
