Diced fried chicken Cajan cheese & pea (petit pois) wholegrain rice with a splash of apple cider vinegar, a bit of flour, & a drop of milk. Have in pancakes.
Oven baked potatoes
Half a boiled aromatic duck in with halved medium potatoes with skins on
Then added the hoisin sauce into the boiling water.
Continue to add potatoes, then sweetcorn, carrots, & more peas for duck cakes.

I modify the recipe slightly by substituting #wholegrain #spelt #flour for the all-purpose flour and reducing the #brownsugar in the topping by a bit.
