When Clarence Thomas refuses to recuse from the case determining if Trump gets immunity for attempting a coup that Ginni Thomas helped plan, promote, participate in & fund - the Supreme Court ethics code is a fucking joke. That is a #ChiefJusticeRoberts failure and he should be held accountable. If #POTUS doesn't address this by expanding the court, that is a #JoeBiden and the American ppl problem.
