@papiris Sorry to be dim, but I'm on Graphene OS with F-Droid. Am I non-Google Authorised? I need WhoBird! #whobird #grapheneos

@nicolasvivant

Whobird a mis le même message... Merci a eux #whobird

Google's "fuck-around" with requiring all app devs to provide government ID etc, is turning into "find out".

Let's keep up the pressure, while building sustainable alternatives to Google's Android monopoly.

GitHub’s noble attempt at turning your phone into a #Hitchcock movie with #WhoBIRD is now deader than a dodo on #Android devices. 🎶🔊🐦 But fear not, because with over 6,000 species to ignore, your phone will still be as useful as an ornithologist at a fish market. 🐟🤷‍♂️

Recognize birds by their sounds, anywhere in the world!

Now that I have finally replaced my old zenfone with a pixel I could move to #grapheneos. I took the opportunity to review my previous app choices. Found some great privacy respecting apps:
- #cirrus for weather forecasts (replacing Klara)
- #heliboard for keyboard (gosh look at Swiftkey privacy policy)
- #comaps for mapping (together with #andosm for more advanced usage)
- #whobird for bird sound ID
- #localsend for quick p2p file transfers
- #converternow for unit and currency conversion

I love the #FOSS app #whobird. I've already determined quite a lot of birds with it. However, I haven't found a way to change the language yet and I would love to use it in German. Any settings I simply might be missing here?
