A 'community' in #Bangladesh or #Myanmar cannot equal the entire population of a state. To deny #Rohingya their ethnonym, but to speak of #Bengali as 'community' makes no sense: either these are Bangladeshi of Bangladesh or they are Rohingya of Myanmar.
