It gives me no end of anxiety that he's the only politician, besides maybe Zohran #Mamdani, who is actively rallying the American public against authoritarianism. I appreciate Newsom's messaging, but I worry about him robbing momentum from truly progressive/socialist movements moving forward. #WhatKeepsMeUpAtNight
