Generative Al (ChatGPT & friends): Creating new content (big, complex "Autocomplete")
(that can hallucinate because it's not a search engine)
Agentic Al: Al combined with automation to take tasks from start to finish and the emergence of "reasoning models"
(models are viewable, like SOPs, so can be double checked adding to confidence)
