Another lucky find from my urban safari in #Magdeburg the other day. 😊
This #hedgehog was roaming a secluded spot next to the Elbe river. I didn't see it at first, because I was concentrating on making my way to the water in the dusk (that's why the photo is a bit blurry 🙈) to take photos of the Hubbrücke bridge I showed you a few days ago. Then I heard some shuffling right next to me and there it was, staring at me not a metre away. 😅
I haven't seen a live hedgehog in ages, so this chance meeting made my day. It was massive and looked healthy too. Carry on, fellow wanderer! 🦔
