Ross Wensley's legacy continues to haunt Queenstown. Following the Oaks Shores, Oaks Club Resort & The Point, the Glebe is the fourth & latest Wensley complex to be declared hopelessly leaky.

Wensley set up a different company for each complex and liquidated them once the units were sold, so he's never paid a cent, while QT Council is up for hundreds of thousands.

It's shocking to see housing which hasn't lasted twenty years.
