#Book: Emma in the Night by #WendyWalker

There seemed to be no real mystery since the question of what happened was revealed very early in the story. Or so it seemed. Which made it a bit boring.

The storytelling alternates between Abigail Winter, the forensic psychologist, and Cassandra Tanner, one of the sisters. Sadly, the latter is a first-person narrator. Once again, this drove me crazy. Especially in this case. It didn't work. Why do writers use it so often?
