Today I #cycled to the #WellingtonMonument in #Somerset and back. This was my first #trans-county trip by #bicycle and the total journey length turned out to be 82 km (that’s a record for me). There are a lot of undulations in #Devon and Somerset and so it was more than a matter of negotiating gentle gradients and in one place I had to get off my #bike and walk uphill. I’m bit sore but overall feeling that it was a worthwhile trip.
