I hate to report:
The stupid "just get a weighted blankeeeetttt. it's amaaaazing" assholes are right. I do, in fact, sleep way better with one.
Stupid shits.
Do you love your anxiety blanket? I do. I found the hands down easiest way of getting that stupidly heavy thing onto the bed last night.
Wear it over your head and shoulders like a hooded cloak and crawl from the bottom of the bed into your slumber position.
Using the whole body to distribute the effort makes it light as a feather compared to using just your arms.
