last week was #peakweek in preparation for the #K110 at #innsbruckalpinetrailrunfestival. It didn't feel hard, ... I hope I did enough.

In total it was 110km with 4200m of elevation gain of #running plus two strength training sessions.

Now it's time to (slowly) transition to #tapering.
