Yesterday I made my first batch of sun tea with #BidensAlba, a common weed. Before, I’d used both dried and fresh leaves steeped in boiling water which was fine, but a cold water infusion brought out slightly sweet, floral notes and preserves more of the medicinal properties of the plant.
