#IndieWeb #OpenWeb #SmallWeb's discovery problem always bugged me. So I built discover (https://discover.brine.dev): human-curated RSS feed playlists.

The lack of Trackbacks/Pingbacks also bugged me. #Webmentions are just too much fuss. Then it occured to me: discover has a few hundred high-signal feeds; I bet I already have a link graph?

Now a "↩ mentions" link on every feed, authors can follow their mentions. Trackbacks using nothing but #RSS & discover as gatekeeper ensuring spam-free feeds.
