Words and pictures in the history of user experience and the future of artificial intelligence
Modern artificial intelligence tools are largely rooted in text-based interactions. But the history of user experience, information and even humanity shows us that AI will have to go beyond text if it’s going to become relevant.I am personally annoyed because I was part in #Web20 - not as a developer or an investor, just advocating. And I don’t want to be put in the same bucket.
Sometimes I ask myself if I was the same as the genAI hype people when I talked about Web 2.0. I still believe I wasn’t.
What’s definitely different is that we / I put people in the center while now the owner class sees potential to avoid paying for people. That may also be the reason that there is a bubble right now.
