Sometimes I don't know which is worst, the people who refuse to wear masks, the ones who wear them under their nose, or the ones who pull them down to talk.
We just entered Phase 3& people seem to think that means they don't have to follow proper procedures anymore.
We're currently down to 5 *confirmed cases countywide. I can't wait to see how long before we jump up in cases again. #SurroundedByIdiots
