This is what my queer pride breakfast looked like. Gluten-free olive oil lemon cake with rainbow sprinkles. Chai with oat milk. And I had it at 6am so I could avoid traffic going into San Francisco to go to work on the day of the Pride March.

Today's the last day of Pride Month. Don't let them erase us for the rest of the 11 months of the year.

To anyone still asking why we need Pride month and Pride parades, here’s a good example. A gay man, visiting the remains of the home he shared with his husband after it was burned to the ground, shot dead just for the crime of loving.

Oh, and @ew, he didn’t die in a shooting. He was victim of a hate crime. Write a proper fucking headline that reflects what truly happened.
