@jonbandit 20 yrs ago I worked for a real estate related org & we participated in an int’l real estate/insurance industry conference on climate change. We were told that major re-insurance co’s in the world, the ones who insure the insurance co’s, were all moving their major offices away from climate-change-vulnerable locations. Everyone in real estate & in insurance knew then that climate change disasters were coming sooner, not later.
