Our friends in the Waterloo Concert Band (who organize the summer concert series at the bandshell -- Sundays @7pm) are hosting a Community Bandfest on June 22, from 1-8pm, featuring a variety of bands from across the Region.

We hope you'll buzz by tomorrow between 11 am and 1 pm. The City of Waterloo's Pollinator Working Group and the Friends of Waterloo Park will be hosting Bee Day in celebration of the UW World Bee Day.
We'll be by the 1820 Log Cabin and Young Parking Lot, up the hill from Silver Lake, The Central Promenade Trail, and the Laurier Waterloo Park ION stop.
Happy World Bee Day to all who celebrate, in recognition of those countless worker bees who ultimately feed us all.
Join us Saturday 11 'til 1 in Waterloo Park by the 1820 Log Cabin for some fun!
Join us May 24th in Waterloo Park, 11 am to 1 pm for a celebration of World Bee Day. There'll be information, crafts, and live music!
The hive of activity will be around the 1820 Log Cabin and Young Parking Lot.
