#WaterfallWednesay. Made the trip from #Kamloops up to #WellsGray park on Saturday to see #HelmckenFalls. Probably the best combination of cone and snow we’ve seen in the years of coming here.

The Pit (2021)

A difficult shot to pull off, id explored this waterfall a few times before managing a photo I liked. Straddling a small rock on the edge of the cliffs drop with my tripod balanced between a single leg and the strap around my neck I took this frame.

I particularly love this one because of the unfamiliar perspective of a #Waterfall it gives. Looking down, from the top.

I can't believe I've almost missed #WaterWednesday again. When I first started photography I often got called the #Waterfall guy because it's all I shot. Waterfalls became my way of learning #Composition in our local #Forest.

While the waterfall provided and obvious subject I could practice my framing, leading lines, and usage of foreground and mid ground elements to draw your eye to the main body of water.

One of the destinations from yesterday's hike, desert waterfalls are so neat. #WaterfallWednesay
Waterfall Wednesday - I think this is Wallicher Falls, whatever the name it's in Wooroonooran NP west of Innisfail in northern Queensland. Took this shot a couple of years ago when we were up in FNQ. Tchupala falls are a short walk away from here and are a slightly higher fall. #waterfallwednesay #naturephotography #landscapephography #WooroonooranNP #Queensland #australia
Check out these stunning frozen #waterfalls that were towering high above me as I passed by them today. They are part of a series of waterfalls that I encountered while #snowshoeing today in the White #Mountains, NH. It was an amazing #WinterWonderland out there today after yesterday’s snowfall and freezing temperatures!
