We have been exploring the #wastehierarchy at school with our 9-11yo's and better still is #rethink which is things that used to create waste - come up with a #zerowaste alternative.

We are exploring the #wastehierarchy with our 9-11yo students. In the last few years we have done #plasticpollution stream cleanups, artworks from plastic waste & lunchbox audits.

It's so inspiring working with young people who are positive and full of ideas.

It's been great to see many new policies coming from students just like ours - ban of supermarket plastic bags, no plastic bread tags, etc.
