#Putin publicly acknowledged the #Russian missile strike on #Sumy, saying it was "retribution."
#Putin also commented on the April 4 attack on #Kryvyi_Rih, which killed 21 people and called it a "punishment."
Basically, #Putin is saying that #Russia can hit any civilian object in #Ukraine and say that the goal of that strike was a military one. #Russian war crimes will continue.
