aside, who made the usa god to make decisions about which countries can or cannot have nuclear weapons when the US gov has so many? denuclearization should start at home if you're gonna do it. tbh, i a #MAD gyal.

one of those men playing god WAS #DickCheney. i remember him for the bloodshed of the Iraqis he murdered, damaged and disrupted. and so many more who didn't have the chance reach the age of 84, like Cheney got too, or half of that, or a quarter.

Lessons of the anti-war movement: Mass action and labour strategy - Spring

The mass anti-war movement stopped the Canadian government from going to war in Iraq in 2003, and trained a new generation of activists in the process. It showed how ideas change in struggle, that anti-oppression must be at the heart of the movement, and that internationalism must be our guide. The movement also provided lessons in mass action and labour strategy.

'#Media #support for this #war must #NeverBeForgotten . Those who wrote in support of it should, at the very least, feel #shame for the rest of their lives. Instead, many of these voices continue on in the #industry proudly #declaring their support for the next proposed war or #regime change operation against the ‘#evil #dictator ’ of the day.
