Good work by @ivan_t_dog this morning (once he'd found his focus after the start, anyway 🙄).

The only time he wasn't pulling was the long downhill section where I could pace him, and he still managed to slingshot me round the switchbacks.

Not too shabby, considering I guessed at 40 minutes. Probably slowed down more by my claggy lungs than his crunchy elbows.
