I attended my second protest earlier today, I had a lot less anxiety compared to last time.

No Kings Day 2026, March 28th

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to attend the previous protest (the second No Kings Day protest)

I took my Ukrainian flag with me again this time. While there, during the march, I saw some hate speech written in chalk on the sidewalk, and took the liberty to scrape some of it off with my shoe as I walked along. There is this person in my city who is notorious for persistently writing hateful messages in yellow chalk all over the city. They have been to court multiple times, due to their refusal to clean it off. At the protest today, there was a volunteer dedicated to making sure nobody tried to pick a fight with them (I am trying to keep their identity secret for privacy reasons, so I didn't use their name or gender pronoun)

I had a great time, and will definitely do this again if I can!
