A real Wagon Lits restaurant-car in its second life in Pitlochry , Scotland.
After being saved from the scrapyard by a dedicated Thai family , doing what it did in its previous life: Receiving guests for a nice meal.
I worked on them in my own Wagon-Lits-life, our DIL is Thai.
And we love authentic Asian food.
We knew it was there, expectation was high.
So was the experience !

After all I am a retired Wagon Lits -trainsteward and did work on old restaurantcars from 1934 , when they were needed.. Only once in original Orient Express-stock for a special train .
