The World Trade Organisation remains neutered by conflict; this weekend's meeting intended to revive the WTO stumbled on a dispute between Brazil & the US on the extension of the e-commerce tariff moratorium - Brazil wanted to limit the extension of free trade in e-commerce to juts another four years, the US wanted it to last longer....

It looks like one more area where the interests of US & Big Tech have scuppered hopes for regulatory stability for developing countries!
