The world No. 9 defeated fourth-ranked #Coco_Gauff in a thrilling three-hour semifinal, winning 6–4, 6–7(13), 6–4.

In the final on Feb. 21, #Svitolina will face another #American, world No. 5 #Jessica_Pegula.
