I should be able to pick up AM 1100 in SE Michigan, and my usual local SDR "misdr" just north of here has a pretty fair signal. I can catch the signal at home on my Youloop but it sounds better via remotes.

West Texas A&M's Faculty Senate voted no confidence in its president last spring, partly for his talk of a “textbook-free” campus. Now he's doubling down.

"In his Thursday email, Wendler suggested using AI to create textbooks, but he also said it would be “foolhardy” to assume “AI will replace the subject matter expertise of our faculty.”"*

*I would bet this is something he actually believes very strongly.
