@vicgrinberg Not criticising your list or recs for English speakers, sorry for the lack of context. #WiTMonth was a twitter campaign designed specifically to get anglos to read more ladies in translation, bit of a mission civilisatrice. Nothing wrong with it, I loved it and would love to do it again here, just meant that on the fediverse I'd love to see it expanded to translation from any language to any language. Given how popular the Vendredi Lecture tag is, I think there's an audience for it.

@vicgrinberg We can do #WiTMonth in August on the fediverse, except we wouldn't limit it to works translated into English.
