This is not what I expected in mid-March on the #WestCoast #BC #Canada #Winter

Auf der Ostseeinsel Usedom den letzten Wintertag erlebt, und nachdem ich den an der offenen OSTSEE erleben durfte mit Caspar David Friedrich-Gefühl bei sich auftürmenden Eisschollen, begann Samstag der Dauerregen. Am Sonntag immer noch Regen, dennoch ging ich ans Wasser, diesmal an das Achterwasser, den Bodden zwischen der Insel und dem Festland, trotz Regen noch mit starker Eisschicht, diese aber, anders als an der Ostsee selbst, noch spiegelglatt und mit der Stimmung von Regen, Dunst und Nebel, daher keine Menschenseele in der Nähe, einfach wunderschön, ich war allein, aber nicht einsam, war voll bei mir, in mir ... ebenfalls grandioso!!!

After experiencing the last day of winter on the Baltic Sea island of Usedom, and enjoying the last beautiful day of winter on the open Baltic Sea with a Caspar David Friedrich feeling as ice floes piled up, the continuous rain began on Saturday. On Sunday, it was still raining, but I went to the water anyway, this time to the Achterwasser, the lagoon between the island and the mainland, which was still covered with a thick layer of ice despite the rain. Unlike the Baltic Sea itself, however, it was still as smooth as glass, and with the atmosphere of rain, mist and fog, so there was not a soul around, simply beautiful. I was alone, but not lonely, I was completely at one with myself, within myself... also grandioso!!!...

Halifax sees return of shared e-bikes, e-scooters after winter pause
The municipality said use of the vehicles had been paused because during the winter snow is plowed onto the surfaces that are used for parking the e-scooters and e-bikes.
