Ok, WIDOW’S BAY auf Apple ist die bisher mit Abstand beste Serie des Jahres, sowohl Comedy als auch Horror. Sie nimmt letzteres dabei ernst, und entwickelt den Humor aus den Figuren und absurd bis gruseligen Situationen heraus. Matthew Rhys in der Hauptrolle als ambitionierter Bürgermeister begeistert ebenso, wie das großartig besetzte Ensemble, Hiro Murai (!) – ihr habt doch alle ATLANTA gesehen, oder? ODER?!? – führt in den meisten Folgen Regie und setzt damit den Ton, erdacht von PARKS & REC Autorin Katie Dippold. Traut euch und erntet befreites Lachen:
