This New Year for me has started with some Amazing High's. But not without it's low's.

I've just had a conversation with my m8 DJ David Allen's wife. He's not got much long left. The Dr's have told her to stay with him through the night. That's really usually not a good sign.

With that said, In spite of me really wanting to do the first #weekendworkout of the year. This has knocked me sideways.

I owe you folks a show. (a few shows if I'm honest) I just can't play this evening.
